面试经历：

两次线上面试，都是由公司内部的岩土工程师面试的。两轮面试都是从介绍自己的学术背景和工作经验开始。第一次面试都是专业性问题，第二次比较偏向于人际交往之间的问题。

面试官提的问题：

1. Describe the difference between drained and undrained triaxial test
2. What will you consider the speed of building a dam in 1 year or 5 years
3. How will you indicate the strength of soil if it does not liquefy.
