面试经历：

先是再猎聘网上投的简历，10天后HR打了5分钟电话让我上官网去投简历；又过了1，2天左右另一个HR还是同一个约面试因为当时正在面试其它公司所以改了时间到周一； 周一15分钟全中文 - 特别基础的问题，没有什么behavior questions; 又过了5天第一轮正式电话全英面试；今天第二轮电话面试；周五要第三次onsite 面试

面试官提的问题：

Intel Interview – telephone interview Dec 2, 2019
What case/project have you done and what was the result, and what have you learned from those experience?
You might have received other companies’ offers, why you refused those companies and insisted Intel
Have you learned anything about Intel? What did you know?
1st English Interview – telephone interview Dec 5, 2019 – scheduled 30mins but only took 15 mins
Introduce myself
I was in a Manager position, am I ok to accept this analyst position? Why?
Any production costing experience and what was the complementary?
Leadership – have you encountered any issues when you led the team and how did you overcome it?
Any questions to ask them?
