面试经历：

The phone interview was not quite arduous. It basically consisted several sections, including 1mins of self introduction, and some questions associated yourself etc. What I would recommend for the candidates is that try to be more confident when you are answering the question, and demonstrate the primary point for the questions, and it is unnecessary to cover every single aspects.

What are your tactics to teach students if you get employed?
When you encounter some behaviour issues of students, what are you gonna do?
Do you have any issues to enquire this job?
