The telephone interview from HR was just normal questions based on resume. Then I received the online personality test. The other day, I went to office to have face to face interview with two managers from different departments and one interview of HR officer. All were positive.

Personality, very important to see if you are suitable for the job.
Background questions, to be sure you are qualified for the position.
